Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom-built computer systems, refunds and returns are limited.

Off-The-Shelf (OTS) Systems:

Returns may be accepted for systems that arrive dead-on-arrival (DOA) or defective.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Custom-Built Systems:

Custom-built systems are built to customer specifications and are generally non-refundable once assembly has begun.

 

Warranty:

All systems include a 90-day limited warranty covering hardware failure under normal use. Warranty coverage does not include physical damage, liquid damage, software issues, or user modifications.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
